BOW&ARROW provides discreet organisational research, design and strategy services to progressive clients with a growth view and global philosophy.
The studio is able to draw on our experience and strategies developed since 1989. We have hands-on experience running complex projects across many sectors.
We use flexible design, management engagement and stakeholder perspective to determine organisational strategic priorities and core projects. Our projects impact strategy, design, culture, stakeholder engagement, partnership models and brands.
BOW&ARROW is working continuously on building Chasing Strategies.
WHERE WE OPERATE
Most of our studio’s work is for commercial clients, although we also take on nonprofit and governmental projects.
Sectors we have experience in are broad including professional services, financial services, sport, automotive, manufacturing, FMCG, construction, distribution, healthcare, tourism, media and more.
It’s not everything, but it’s a start.
We are based in Sydney Australia with an international focus. If we can add value to a solution we travel to the challenge.
HOW WE OPERATE
There are three ways we play where appropriate.
Consulting:
A simple core consulting solution per engagement.
Joint Venture Projects:
A client joint venture revolving around the key project’s deliverables with KPI’s triggering bonuses and equity.
Quiver Capital:
Separate or in conjunction with engagements we provide investment through our investment arm.
ABOUT BARRY AND SARAH ARCHER.
With over 25 years experience each of running strategy and commercial projects Barry and Sarah are making early-stage progress in understanding the complexity of evolving strategy. It’s not easy, but that’s half the point.
Network: Extensive. Multi-disciplinary. Multi-markets.
ORIGINS
The studio began with market research projects and management consulting while at university in 1987. Donuts. Expo88. Electricity boards. $1.4m in VC for tourism technology. These were the launchpad projects. Never looked back. Grew consulting teams in 90’s. Developed client ownership models in the Naughties. Today the studio is our private office where we support client projects and advisory boards we sit on.
